Frequently Asked Question

There is no charge for your initial card. However, there will be a charge associated with replacement cards.

Credit students will receive their card during their required new building orientation in September . The orientation schedule will be posted to myEC as soon as it is available. Replacement cards can be picked up in the Student Commons.

Continuing Studies students will be notified by email when their card is ready for pick-up at the Continuing Studies Registration desk located in Student Commons.


Staff and Faculty can collect their cards from Facilities office.

Please note that there will a fee required for replacement cards. Picture ID is required when picking up ID cards or documents from the Student Commons.

JPG, and Tiff. JPG or JPEG are recommended.
Your application for an OneCard will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating why the photo is not acceptable and you will either have to upload another picture or if you have technical difficulties to upload your photo, contact the Student Commons to have your photo retaken.
